I went so far as to create a new group and added the OneNote button to it, but as you can see it is still grayed out. The same goes for other computers as well (one of which is my Surface and isnt domain joined). OneNote in the menu was missing and if i added it my felf it was grayed out. The solution to that was that he used the new app version of OneNote and not the older one. Send Button Grayed Out In Outlook 2016 Full OneNote 2016So I installed the full OneNote 2016 program separately (as it is not included in Office 365 anymore) and then the icon in Outlook worked again. Best solution I found was to download the Send To OneNote app for Windows 10. Once you do this, click on the email you would like to copy to OneNote and click FilePrint and select the printer box which will give you an option to Send To OneNote and select the Folder Page you wish to print it on.
